A: No. We do not require RMA numbers to return meters. If you are required to have an RMA number then just use the Serial Number of the meter(s) since they are unique to the meter(s).
Q: Where do I send the meter?
A: Send the complete meter, along with paperwork, to:
A: Contact name. Phone number. What needs to be done to the meter. PO# (if one is assigned at the time). Need Certification? Need As Found / As Left data?
Return address.
Q: What is the turn-around time?
A: Typical return time is about 3 to 4 weeks. If you require a faster turn-around time, note the requirement on the paperwork that will be sent with the meter.
