Our Insertion Probe, Model # 62-9, has been used to measure Hot Air in drying applications for both human and pet food.  It has also been used in water flow measurement applications in larger line sizes, typically > 4”. The insertion probes have been installed with Tri-Clamp, Compression Fittings, and through Ball Valve (Hot Tap) connections, which allow for easy removal for maintenance and cleaning.

Our In-line unit, Model # 600-9, has been used in hundreds of applications to measure CO2 in beverage carbonation and bottling applications. Our ¼” OD In-line unit has been used in sub-metering applications for many customers supplied liquids and gas measurement. The In-line unit can accommodate the Clean-In-Place (CIP) process and can be programmed to shut down, if necessary, during this process. Numerous process connections are available for the In-line unit ranging from Flange, Tri-Clamp, Tube Ends, VCO / VCR, to name a few.

Our Sanitary Unit, Model # 600-9SAN, is available in various sizes ranging from ¼” OD up to 3” OD with either Tri-Clamp or Tube Ends process connections. It is manufactured to 3A Sanitary Standards, and our certificate is listed on our website.
